X-TEAM: A whole new kind of tough !!!
This class offers both competitive and non-competitive gymnasts the opportunity to come and work out in order to maintain their flexibility, coordination and strength for competing in gymnastics or other sports. It also offers them the opportunity to continue tumbling and learning new skills in a sport they have come to love and enjoy without the schedule demands of being a competitive gymnast.
Students enrolling in this class must have at a minimum competed either as a USAG Level 4 or an Eagles Level 4 Gymnast.
